You probably thought missionary got the shaft as one of the most boring sex positions, but a recent study from private gynecology clinic New H Medical in New York found that this coital position — with the man entering from behind and the woman’s hips propped up by a pillow (cowgirl) — is the best for female orgasm.
1. Missionary
Many couples love the missionary position because it allows for intimacy and deep penetration. But the position is not always good for stimulating clitoral climax, and it doesn’t usually lead to G-spot stimulation (a location on the front wall of the vagina thought to be a major trigger for orgasm).
